Our eSIM service requires a compatible, carrier-unlocked device that supports eSIM technology. It is your responsibility to verify your device's compatibility before purchase. We are not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices.
4. Purchase and Payment
- All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes
- Payment must be completed before eSIM activation
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout

5. eSIM Activation and Usage
- eSIM activation begins when you scan the QR code or install the profile
- Data plans are valid for the duration specified at purchase
- Unused data does not roll over or carry forward to subsequent periods
- Network coverage depends on local carriers and may vary by location
- Data speeds may be reduced after reaching plan limits on some plans

Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- eSIM has not been activated or installed
- Device compatibility issues (verified by our support team)
- Service not working as described (technical issues on our end)
- Request made within 7 days of purchase for unused, unactivated eSIMs
Refunds are not available for:
- Activated eSIMs or partially used data plans
- Poor network coverage in specific locations
- Change of travel plans after activation
- User error in installation or configuration
