Getting Started
An eSIM is a digital SIM card that allows you to activate a cellular plan without using a physical SIM card. It's more convenient for travelers as you can switch between different plans easily.
Visit our Compatible Devices page and search for your device model. Most newer smartphones from Apple (iPhone XS and later), Samsung (Galaxy S20 and later), and Google Pixel support eSIM.
No, you don't need to remove your physical SIM. Most modern devices support dual SIM, allowing you to use both your regular SIM and eSIM simultaneously.
Installation & Activation
After purchase, you'll receive a QR code via email. Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add Data Plan, then scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
Install your eSIM before your trip (while on WiFi), but it will only activate and start consuming data when you arrive at your destination and turn on data roaming for the eSIM.
Each eSIM can only be installed on one device at a time. If you need to use it on a different device, you'll need to remove it from the first device before installing on the second.
Data & Coverage
We offer coverage in 200+ countries worldwide. Check our Destinations page to find specific countries and available plans for your travel destination.
You can check your remaining data in your device's settings under Cellular/Mobile Data. Look for the eSIM profile you installed and view the data usage statistics.
When your data runs out, you can purchase a top-up plan through your account dashboard. Simply select your active eSIM and choose a top-up package. The additional data will be added instantly without interrupting your service.
Our eSIM plans are data-only. However, you can make calls using internet-based apps like WhatsApp, Skype, FaceTime, or Google Meet.
Payment & Refunds
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods depending on your region.
Yes, refunds are available if the eSIM hasn't been activated and within 7 days of purchase. We also offer refunds for technical issues or device compatibility problems verified by our support team.
Yes, all payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers.
