General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of eSIM products, once an eSIM has been activated or the QR code has been delivered, it is generally non-refundable. However, we do offer refunds in certain cases as outlined below:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive your eSIM QR code within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance. If we are unable to deliver the eSIM to you, a full refund will be issued.
  • Technical Issues: If your eSIM fails to activate due to compatibility issues that are verified by our support team, and the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be granted.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase for the same device and eSIM profile, please contact us immediately. We will assess the case and may offer a refund for the duplicate transaction if the eSIM has not been activated.

Conditions for Refund

To request a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The eSIM has not been activated or used.
  • The request for refund is made within 30days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation) is provided at the time of the request.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team via info@safariesim.com. Our team will review your request within few business days and may request additional information to process your refund.

Once approved, refunds will be processed as soon as possible and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Non-Refundable Cases
